After the first time it is used, it will take 3 turns for it to be usable again. When the Tag Team ability is activated, a quick-time mini game plays, similar to the Dokkan attack. If it is completed with 100% succession, the attacks damage will go as high as Ascendant. Otherwise, the damage will be set to the Outlandish multiplier, which can vary based of SA level and succession of the mini game. The cards have to be directly next to each other to activate team attack. This counts as one attack, and can't be performed twice in the same turn. Only one of the cards can lead the team attack based on position priority. For example: If this Goku is linked with the Vegeta and is the first attacker of the turn, Vegeta won't attack and his charge will be skipped as if he was stunned for that turn.
